Since the founding of the Miller School of Albemarle in 1878, we have relied on the generosity of our supporters to help us provide a high-quality, comprehensive educational experience for each student. The days have long since passed when the original generosity of our founding benefactor, Samuel Miller, was sufficient to operate the School, and we greatly appreciate the parents, alumni, and friends who assist us.
The Annual Fund supports the day-to-day work of our faculty and staff by bridging the gap between tuition revenue and actual operating costs. Occasionally, the Annual Fund may be used to raise funds for special projects that will greatly enhance the experience of all MSA students.
Capital Giving, which supports building and renovation projects, helps to preserve and enhance the unique architectural heritage of our Victorian Gothic Buildings while keeping our infrastructure up-to-date and operational.
Gifts to the Miller School of Albemarle Endowment support financial aid scholarships, academic programs, and our faculty and staff.
Planned Giving, whether through wills, trusts, or annuity payments, all with tax advantages, can be used by alumni, parents, and friends of the School to enhance their philanthropic options.
