Cindy came to the Miller School of Albemarle in July, 1999, to serve as the Executive Assistant to Headmaster Lindsay Barnes. In July of 2004, she accepted the position of Registrar and has served in that capacity ever since. From 1999 to 2003, she coached the Girls JV Volleyball and Basketball teams, and she cherishes the time she spent with some truly amazing young ladies. Prior to joining the Miller School of Albemarle family, Cindy worked for Albemarle County Schools, first as an administrative assistant to five administrators in the Department of Instruction, and then as an administrative assistant at Greer Elementary School.

After graduating from Charlottesville High School, Cindy attended Roanoke Bible College in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. She now resides in Waynesboro, Virginia, and loves the proximity to Shenandoah National Park where she and her husband take every possible opportunity to hike the trails and observe the wildlife. She's an active member of her church where she enjoys teaching Sunday School and working with the youth group. Cindy enjoys reading, camping and sports. She especially relishes the time she is able to spend with her family.
